arcHITects designs in Paris a transitional space for live and work.
The client, a well known fashion photographer, Valentina Frugiuele, who’s established in Paris for business, was looking for a space to live, work and create new projects without problems of schedule.
In addition to the usual functions of an house, it was added a photo stage characterized by a distinctive and recognizable custom background designed together with the Paris based set designer Irene Marinari.
The resulting mix of light, colors and areas makes every shot recognizable and unique, thanks to the perfect harmony between the space and the photographer’s style.
The layout of this apartment and the tailor made architectural solutions, allow for different areas of the house (kitchen, living room, etc) to support the daily work routine, transforming the space into a complete photo set with service spaces like coffee break, makeup room and backstage spaces.
