OAK Hotel****

The renovation project involves the conversion of the hotel for a business use with the inclusion of a whole floor dedicated to meeting and conference room
and the refurbishment of the existing commercial galleries.

The Hotel has been built in the 1960s/1970s by Italians and has been used until some years ago without substantial structural modifications.
The renovation project involves the conversion of the hotel for a business use with the inclusion of a whole floor dedicated to meeting and conference room and the refurbishment of the existing commercial galleries.

A new top floor has been added to build a restaurant with a panoramic view on the Bengasi Gulf.

The building is a landmark of the city since its origin and the request aimed to adjoin the city skyline without changing its historical features.

The work has in itself a feature of a historical building reclamation as well as a light restoration project.

The façade and the lobby have been object of a specific “scope of work” for our firm given the particularity and difficulty of the requests.
