Private Lux Villa

The project develops itself within the lot identified in the planimetry provided. In order to optimize the use of the ground and the panoramic view, the volume was oriented with the main facade facing southwest, side on which the main entrance persists.

The proposed orientation offers a privileged view of the entrance and the terrace which are both set towards the sunset and a favorable exposure to the rooms and private areas (located on the south-east facade) leaving in the north area, close to the border, the service zones.

The villa’s layout, deployed over 3 floors plus the mezzanine and the garage, allows the building to grow in height and enjoy visibility towards the valley in front and a better position than the neighboring villas.

The street level entrance welcomes the guests into a private garden linked to the mezzanine through stone arches and small glimpses. In the garden it is possible to hear the waterfall that, like the lymph of the house, is generated from the pool present in the terrace and finishes in a basin of water lilies in one of the arches in the basement.

The access to the villa is underlined by a staircase made in masonry and stones that embraces a small beautiful view from which it is possible to enjoy the view of the garden and from which it is also possible to welcome the guests in arrival or departure. Lastly, the entrance of the house is marked by an overhang supported by four turned columns that give highlights and value to the entrance.

The façade suggests the rich articulation of the interiors. The reception room that oversees the exterior has a double height and a small mezzanine where there a library is present that is accessible with a helical staircase.

The waterfall in the front visually separates the window of the double height space from the private lounge on the first floor, from which it is possible to access a partially covered terrace, which is also private.

The volume visible in the second floor, entirely protected by brise soleil, encloses spaces dedicated to daily life and private spaces like the master bedrooms and wardrobe and is connected, with preferential access, to the terrace.

The terrace, divided in two levels, offers generous outdoor space for receptions and moments of conviviality near the pool or the relaxation areas.

The service zones are located in the areas in the back of the villa while the guest rooms are located between the ground floor and the first floor behind the main living room.

In the distribution of functions within the villa, a growing privacy has been respected without compromising the ability to enjoy the fluid of any amenities.

The mezzanine with its solid and monolithic volume hides its welcoming meeting space reserved for the friendliest moments and gathering between the master and its guests.
