NOT LAST FLOOR ATTIC

Pasubio apartment

Attic floors are much beloved by buyers and tenant, because of the cozyness, intimacy and uniquiness of this living solution.

Nevertheless attic floors suffer from a big flaw: their availabity is limited by the number of buildings available, given that the last floor is one by definition.

And this is the case of this long time vacant apartment, a 5th floor 60sqm outdated house in a 7 storey building, nearby the skyscrapers of “Porta Nuova” district.

In response to client’s request of making this vacant apartment more attractive, arcHITects proposal plans to achieve the “attic effect”, together with a smart layout, thought for short and medium term renting.
