RESIDENTIAL TOWER

WOOD+STONE TOWER

Feasibility study for the construction of a new residential tower in Beirut.
The project consists of two separate towers joined by the same basement where common services and garage access are located.
Each of the two towers has the same morphology made with external cage support structure and mixed glazed and blind internal partitions. The north tower is made with wooden partitions while the south tower is made with stone and concrete partitions.
Each unit of higher size is equipped with an orangery space on the floor within which there is a garden full of plants and flowers.
The fully glazed central structure houses the staircase and condominium gardens that function as a horizontal distribution space.
The increased height of each inter-floor allows for lowered areas where space is needed for soil and roots.
